Corporate Teambuilding Days

Popular with many corporations, our teambuilding days are a positive way to increase morale and improve office communication through a fun day of activities. We personally craft your day with us to maximize group participation and enthusiasm. Starting with a few simple moving and introduction teambuilding activities, we increase group confidence and gradually up the difficulty of the activities we facilitate. As the group becomes more communicative and comfortable with the activities, we take them further up in the air. Starting with only a few inches off the ground, our day culminates with some teambuilding activities which will truly take your breath away. What better way to help group cohesion then in physically lifting a peer 50 ft in the air to achieving their goal.

Outdoor Education

Providing some of the best outdoor education in Maryland, the Challenge and Retreat Center offers a unique learning experience without having to travel hours away. Ideally suited for 2  or 3 day excursions we provide a wide variety of learning opportunities for your student. Ranging from naturalist tours, to orienteering trails, to high ropes activities, the Challenge and Retreat Center offers a fun and informative outdoor education experience.

The Challenge and Retreat Center is situated on a 115 acre working farm. The facility is comprised of a number of different environmental features such as; wetlands, forests, a pond, streams, and farmland. The outdoor education we provide your students/employees spans these separate areas and provide s a well rounded look at the environment in which they live.
